Naotaka Hayashi


After joining Parco, Naotaka Hayashi has held posts at stores around Japan, the headquarters, and Parco City (the present PARCO Digital Marketing CO.,LTD.), an associated company that carries out internet business.  He was in charge of WEB/Marketing department which promotes client marketing using ICT in stores and using coordinated data of house cards and a smartphone application. Since March 2017, he has been integrating each business in Parco Group to create an omni-channel and promoting business management reformation using ICT in the newly established “group ICT strategy office”.
